Chef Jack is our Executive Chef.

With his enthusiasmc in food, Chef Jack has been in the food industry for 14 years. He has worked at 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana for 4 years and subsequently joined Ciak in the Kitchen.


During his time at each of 8 1/2 and Ciak, the restaurants were awarded 3 and 1 Michelin star(s) respectively.


He has made many signature dishes, but amongst them, his hand-made pasta is particularly mouth-watering. The reason for this is Chef Jack always insists on using fresh ingredients shipped directly from Italy to Hong Kong.

Chef Gary is one of our pasta Chef

Before starting at Involtini, Chef Gary had worked at some of the most acclaimed restaurants in Hong Kong, including his time spent at Italian restaurant Cine Citte since he was as young as 19 years old. He was then invited by our Executive Chef Jack Law to join him at Otto e Mezzo Bombana and subsequently at Ciak in the Kitchen.


During their time at each of Otto e Mezzo Bombana and Ciak, the restaurant were awarded 3 and 1 Michelin star(s) respectively.


He has tremendous passion in culinary art. He strongly believes that, not only should food be exciting and creative, he should also maintain a seamless collaboration with Executive Chef Jack Law and Chef Gary so as to assist them in bringing our foodies delicious Italian flavours by using freshly imported ingredients from Italy and as fused with Chefs' personal touches and creativity.
